First Step

At your first home appointment with Impressive Interiors, we will discuss your overall wants and needs for your project. Your ideas, design suggestions and expectations are all taken into consideration. We will then enhance your ideas and create a home in which you can live comfortably and show proudly. Reviewing the overall project so that we can design within your budget. A written proposal will be drafted based upon all information gathered during the initial consultation then submitted to you for review and acceptance.

Managing Contractors/Subcontractors

Impressive Interiors will start the process by collecting bids from the different trades to ensure the best possible price is found for your job. We have a long list of reliable and hard-working contractors/subcontractors whom they will contact and manage throughout the design process. We will assist the client in selecting the right people with the required resources to meet the needs of the job. Impressive Interiors will make sure to schedule their time, meet them on the job site, and ensure that the work is done to perfection.

Purchases Made Through Impressive Interiors

Furniture and other items purchased are billed at 20% above wholesale cost. Billing will include all freight charges, delivery charges, set up charges, and sales taxes. All custom orders are not able to be cancelled after order has been placed and are non refundable.
